Grateful to work with Muneer, a great person and athlete. I thought it might be fun to have him sprint across a shallow pool of water, so I built one. He was game to jump in and his fiancé Dominique helped to bring it together.
I got a pleasant call from the people at CX magazine to create this portrait of Mr Mamlberg, a Silver Star recipient. It was an incredible honor to meet this distinguished Soldier and St Paul Police Officer. He is one of the most sincere, genuine, kind and real people I have met. The people on his beat and Frogtown are lucky to have him.
This is a planned image created a month before the world premiere of In The Time of Butterflies. The play is inspired by the true story of the Dominican Republic’s Mirabal siblings underground resistance. I loved working with Thallis, and look forward to seeing the performance.
This is a test for a image that I have wanted to do for a long time. I love the idea of using water as a element in my photographs. My goal was to create a conceptual image that reflected the story of family dealing with mental illness for a production at Mixed Blood Theater. Thanks to daring Brie and my good friend Chris for running with me through the logistics of this cold water production.
